Kaye-Dee Marking Solutions provide an extensive range of consumbles for the

Teca print tampons are supplied in 3 shore hardness' and graded by colours for
recognition; Green = Soft, Red = Medium, Blue = Hard as a general rule, the
harder the tampon, the better the print, however due to the varying substrates and
texture of substates, it maybe the case that the hardest tampon does not produce
the best print transfer and therefore a softer tampon must be used.
Example: a hard tampon would be used to print onto textured surfaces. A softer
tampon would be used to print onto a cylinder.
The StarX tampons are antistatic and swell-resistant, this allows a perfect ink
transfer practically no ink spashes on the edges of the image or ink remaining
on the tampon, even when working with changing printing images.
StarX tampons posses a high mechanical resistance and enable longer tampon
lifespan, even when printing on textured surfaces on even sharp edges of the
printing part. They are extremely user friedly and ready to use immediately
without a long activation.
